Interactive self-paced learning via the NVIDIA Online Academy
Associate membership
Course Duration 1 Hours
The NetQ Deployment course is ideal for IT professionals who want to learn how to deploy, manage, and optimize NVIDIA NetQ in data center or AI Factory environments. By taking this course, you’ll gain knowledge in setting up real-time network monitoring, troubleshooting network issues proactively, and improving performance for AI workloads - all critical skills in modern high-performance data centers.
You will learn how to:
• Deploy NetQ systems, agents, and CLI tools across switches and BlueField DPUs.
• Manage multi-site environments, perform system backups, and execute upgrades.
• Integrate NetQ with Grafana and external time-series databases for improved observability.
• Use advanced telemetry, validation, and “What Just Happened” (WJH) features to monitor network health, detect issues, and troubleshoot performance problems in AI workloads.
1. Introduction to NetQ
• Overview of NetQ Architecture and GUI
• What Just Happened (WJH) overview
2. NetQ Installation Process Management
• Installation process and system setup
• Creating VMs in ESXi and first-time login
• Installing and configuring NetQ agents and CLI
• Installing NIC and DPU agents
3. NetQ Management Post Installation
